Yep, you heard it here first. Thanks to pro snowboarder and two-time Olympic gold medalist Shaun White, real snow visited Pasadena, California this past February during the 2-day event called “Air+ Style.” You can think of Air+ Style as the lovechild of action sports and live music. The 2-day festival featured some of the world’s gnarliest professional snowboarders and skiers as they faced death defying 16-story jumps in an X-Games inspired arena. But the excitement doesn’t end there – 3 outdoor stages were also taken over by hundred of artists, including Kendrick Lamar, Diplo, Steve Aoki, The Flaming Hips, and Phantogram.

The festival is inspired by Shaun White’s radical lifestyle, not only featuring extreme sports and music, but also fashion, technology, art, gaming a wide array to food trucks. Thanks, Shaun. No really, thanks.
